Shipping and Handling
Welcome to Georgie's Jewelry, our shipping is with Australia Post standard tracked parcel post bags, or postage through UPS.
Our personalised Jewelry can take up to 10-20 business days, sometimes a little longer turnaround (Business days-does not include weekends) depending on how painful Australia Post can be, as we order and request certain Jewelry pieces to be specifically personalised to your needs, some of our personalised printing is from within Australia, and some outside of Australia, some of our manufacturers are located in Australia, America, Jerusalem, Japan and Singapore. If you order is placed from multiple suppliers, it will all be sent when it arrives, and sent together, to save on postage for you.
All other lines will be posted within the time frame specified, please be patient as this time of year we are busy, you will be notified with a tracking number, when your order has been fulfilled and sent, via email.
We don't refund for change of mind, if you cancel your order, or have a change of mind there is a 15% restocking fee, please note there are no refunds on postage.
As most of our jewelry is personalised and made to your order requirements, so please choose carefully when you continue with your purchase, as your purchase, if personalised will not be refunded as it can't be resold.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
- Reach out to your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
- Contact me @ firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and lost item report reference number.
We kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after enquiring with your family, neighbours and post office.
Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the package.
Please note; Georgie's Jewelry, are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
If you are purchasing more than one item, please email us before placing your order so we can give you a better postage price.
